HATHA FLOW (HATHA-YOGA)
It is a traditional yoga, the first form of “westernized” yoga that has spread since the last century in Europe and the USA that we develop partially in the form of sequences (hence the name of Hatha Flow).
At YOGA CHIC, it is a gentle and invigorating, relaxing and invigorating yoga, through which Hatha’s postures are practiced in a flow synchronised by the breathing and the holding of the postures during 8-10 breaths which leads to focus and relax.
The Hatha Flow is ideal for people who, without being very athletic looking for a dynamic practice of postures without sacrificing the benefits of relaxation.
Hatha Flow classes are all levels. We propose modifications and variations of postures. We learn to adapt the postures to our body and not to constrain it while respecting both the anatomical constraints and the yogic tradition.
The intensity of the session depends on the practitioners present and the teacher. Beginners are welcome to each class.
Classes are 75 minutes long.
We offer beginner and level 1-2 courses (slightly advanced)
We provide you with Lululemon quality mats and material (blocks, straps, ...) but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
It is better to book and pay for your course online because our places are limited by space and some courses are more popular than others.
