Tai Chi also called Tai Chi Chuan or “shadow boxing. It was primarily a fighting sport in Imperial China that is now practiced by millions of people around the world.
It is now often taught for the purpose of improving or preserving health just like Chinese medicine.
Tai chi is based on the circulation of Yin and Yang energies through the body, combining movement with breath and concentration, and sometimes with relaxation to meditation.
Regular practice tends to decrease unnecessary tension and contractions in order to gain more flexibility of balance of calm and concentration both physically and mentally.
Tai Chi develops coordination and lateralization. It teaches us to better situate ourselves in space.

Classes are 75 minutes long.
We offer beginner and level 1-2 courses (slightly advanced)
We provide you with Lululemon quality mats and material (blocks, straps, ...) but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
It is better to book and pay for your course online because our places are limited by space and some courses are more popular than others.
