Yoga studio in Crans-Montana

YOGA CHIC’s Vinyasa Yoga classes are especially suitable for beginners

The creative nature and flowing style of this kind of yoga has made it a success around the world. In these courses you will learn the basics of yoga and follow sequences of postures more or less static freely adapted to Ashtanga Yoga (which meanwhile remains very strict).

The teacher will freely choose to focus on a part of the body or group of postures (Asanas in Sanskrit).

Advanced students are also being asked to join these classes regularly to work again on alignment accuracy and technique in general.

These classes are punctuated by breathing and movement often accompanied by music.

Come with an open mind because we all learn constantly and especially by practicing.

Classes are 75 minutes long.

We offer beginner and level 1-2 courses (slightly advanced)

We provide you with Lululemon quality mats and material (blocks, straps, ...) but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.

It is better to book and pay for your course online because our places are limited by space and some courses are more popular than others.

Otherwise, call us on +4178 202 72 72 or try your luck by coming spontaneously in advance (drop-in welcome).

The intensity of the course is adapted to people who begin the practice of Vinyasa yoga, so the course remains a dynamic practice of Yoga.
Class is focused on building a solid base of postures and on a work of breathing thus bringing flexibility and balance to the body and the mind, in a careful practice.
It is intended for those who have never practiced Yoga, but also for more experienced practitioners who wish to explore their roots and return to their foundations, including foundation and alignments.

This moderate pace course is a transition from basic postures to more advanced ones, setting the foundations for postures, alignment, perseverance and flexibility.
It focuses on alignment within the postures, on the breath and the inner intention, while offering new challenges to the body. The class is suitable for all practitioners, especially those who seek to deepen the roots of their practice and their “anatomical” knowledge of yoga.

New course in 2019: A new, more demanding course for students who are already practicing Yoga regularly (several times a week) confirmed or advanced practitioners.
It explores a larger number of intermediate postures, fully integrating internal alignment and external.
Some sharp variations are introduced. Inverted and forced postures are worked on the arms. The class of Vinyasa Dynamic Flow meets this level of practice.

New Summer Course 2019:
An advanced course for students with long-standing personal practice who wish to participate in a demanding course in complete sequences, with bold postural variations.
