These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to, use of, and the ordering of services via the yogachic.ch website (the “Site”), as well as the purchase of services offered by Yoga Chic, including subscriptions, in-person and online (live) classes, access to the video library/streaming, digital products, and other services.
By using this Site or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Definitions
- Client: any person using the Site and/or purchasing a Service.
- Service(s): access to classes, subscriptions, VOD/streaming content, replays, and other services offered by Yoga Chic.
- Digital Content: videos, programs, replays, documents, streaming access, and downloadable resources.
- Subscription: periodic access (monthly, yearly, etc.) to the Services according to the subscribed offer.

Scope
These Terms apply to all services offered by Yoga Chic. In the event of any conflict with specific terms applicable to an offer (e.g., terms on a subscription page), those specific terms shall prevail.

Account, Access and Terms of Use
- You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and ensure the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Creating an account may be required to book or access the Services.
- The Services are intended only for persons legally capable of entering into a contract. Access for minors may be subject to the consent of a legal representative.

Description of Services
Yoga Chic offers:
- In-person and online (live) classes;
- Subscriptions granting access to the video library/streaming and/or exclusive benefits;
- Access to digital content, replays, and programs;
- One-off services (workshops, events, training).
The precise details of the Services (content, duration, access terms) are indicated on the Site or in the commercial contracts and quotes accepted by the Client.

Order, Payment and Invoicing
- An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and a confirmation is sent to you.
- Prices are displayed in CHF [VAT not applicable as indicated] and apply at the time of order confirmation.
- Fees related to payment methods are borne by the Client.
- Payments are processed by external providers (e.g., PayPal, TWINT, SumUp), and Yoga Chic does not store bank card data.

Subscriptions
- Renewal: automatic unless otherwise stated in the chosen offer.
- Cancellation: possible at any time via the client account or by email; takes effect at the end of the current period with no pro-rata refund, unless required by law.
- Price changes: Yoga Chic may change its prices; changes apply to the next renewal with prior notice to the Client.

Access to Digital Content
- Access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to acceptance of these Terms.
- Account sharing, resale, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.
- Yoga Chic may evolve the service’s features or content.

Bookings and Cancellations
For classes/events:
- Cancellation by the Client: free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
- Late cancellation / no-show: session is due or credit is forfeited.
- Cancellation by Yoga Chic: rescheduling, credit, or refund depending on the case.
(These practices are common in the Swiss yoga market.)

Refunds / Right of withdrawal
- In Switzerland, there is no general legal right of withdrawal for online purchases; returns or refunds depend on the Terms.
- Consumed or already started services (classes attended, access to digital content): non-refundable, except in the event of a major malfunction not corrected.
- Subscriptions: no pro-rata refund unless otherwise required by law.
- For EU/EEA Clients: a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to certain distance contracts, in particular for digital content if the Client has not consented to immediate supply and waived this right.

Health, safety and liability
Classes and content do not constitute medical advice. You are responsible for assessing your own health and consulting a professional if in doubt. Inform Yoga Chic of any specific condition (pregnancy, medical conditions, injuries) before participating. Stop any activity in the event of unusual pain.

Intellectual property
All content (videos, texts, visuals, trademarks) is protected. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- sharing or duplicating access;
- disrupting the service;
- using the content for commercial purposes without written agreement,
- copying the texts, images, or the Yoga Chic brand of this site,
- copying unique concepts developed and advertising slogans, notably Myriam’s quotes.

Service availability
Yoga Chic aims for high availability; however, downtime may occur (maintenance, outage, providers). A credit or reasonable extension may be offered.

Liability
Yoga Chic is liable for damages within the limits of applicable law. Liability for indirect losses or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy published on the Site. Yoga Chic applies the revised Swiss FADP (in force since 01.09.2023).

Changes to the Terms
Yoga Chic may modify these Terms; those in force at the time of the order apply, except where required by law or for security reasons.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Valais shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules regarding the consumer’s domicile.
