This policy explains how we process personal data when you use the website yogachic.ch, create an account, book a class, or purchase a subscription/product.

  1. Data we process

  • Depending on how you use our services, we may process:
  • Identity and contact: first name, last name, email, phone, billing address.
  • Customer account: identifier, preferences, purchase/subscription history.
  • Bookings: booked classes, dates/times, information required to provide the service.
    • Payments: payment status, date, amount, transaction reference.
  • Card data is not stored by Yoga Chic, as it is processed by a provider (PayPal/SumupTwint), depending on your configuration.
  • Support: messages sent (form, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Technical data: IP address, logs, device, browser, pages viewed.
  • VOD/streaming: technical and access events required to provide the service.

  1. Purposes

We process your data to:

  • Provide the service: account, access to content, bookings, support.
  • Manage sales/subscriptions: contract performance, invoicing, accounting, fraud prevention.
  • Security and stability: abuse prevention, diagnostics, backups, continuity.
  • Service communications: order/booking confirmations, essential information (e.g. schedule changes).

Marketing (newsletter, promotions) only if you subscribe and/or if consent is required depending on the channel and configuration.

  1. Legal basis

Processing is based, as applicable, on:

  • performance of a contract (subscription, booking),
  • an overriding interest (security, fraud prevention, technical improvement),
  • consent when necessary (e.g. certain cookies/trackers, depending on configuration).

We use:

  • strictly necessary cookies (login, cart, security),
  • possibly comfort/functional cookies,
  • possibly analytics (audience) and/or marketing cookies.

We may share data with strictly necessary service providers:

  • Website hosting: Infomaniak
  • Booking tool: Zoho
  • Payment provider: Sumup, Twint, Paypal
  • Video/VOD hosting: VOD & Streaming
  • Analytics: Google Analytic
  • Messaging: processed by WhatsApp under their terms.

  1. Transfers abroad

Depending on the providers, some data may be processed outside Switzerland. In this case, we limit the data to what is necessary and apply appropriate contractual safeguards/usages.

  1. Retention periods

  • Account: as long as the account is active, then deletion/anonymization within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Orders/invoices: retained in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.
  • Support: for the time needed to handle the request, then limited archiving.
  • Logs: short duration, proportionate to security and diagnostics.
  • Cookies: depending on their nature and configuration.

Reasonable measures (access control, updates, backups, limitation of access, etc.) to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

You may request (subject to conditions and the applicable framework):

  • access, rectification,
  • deletion,
  • objection to certain processing,
